A leading developer of Resident Evil 7 has shared new details of the project.

First and foremost, the author of a new series of hurried to reassure those players who managed to draw conclusions based on the experience obtained during the passage of the demo of Resident Evil 7. The fact that the official demo of the project was based on various references to the occult that could scare loyal fans of the series, decided that the full version of the game will be a sort of story about the ghosts. Project Director Koshi Nakanishi in his blog, Capcom Unity wrote the following:

"I think that watching a trailer or demo, it might give the impression that this is a Ghost story, but don't worry, we're not going to throw away everything that is Resident Evil. It all makes sense, and in the end you'll understand"

Also in his blog, Nakanishi shared information about that Resident Evil 7 will be more research and more of this horror:

"You know that in the 20 year history of Resident Evil, the key elements of the game has always been fear and terror, exploring the environment, solving puzzles, managing resources, and fight for them. All this will be in the new part, however, first and foremost, we would like to focus on horror and exploration. And based on these two components you will get a real test."

Here the author made a remark:

"If you think that any of the above elements is not in the demo, it does not mean that they will not be in the full game."

"We need to keep the intrigue, because we want you to be interesting in this play."

The developer also confirmed that the Quick Time Events, first appeared in Resident Evil 4, the game will not. The 7 Resident Evil producer masachika Kawata said:

"I know there are many people who sigh with relief when I heard it."
